What to expect when I visit your place

Location: I work between Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and Harlow, Essex in both NHS and private sector. If you live anywhere in between these two places I am sure I can pay you a visit. Should you have any doubts just ask. Due to working hours in other establishments I can only arrange sessions with home visits during the hours of 6pm-8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and 09am-3pm on Saturdays.

Punctuality: Traffic, whether and unpredicted road circumstances can get in the way. If my GPS tells me I will be more than 10min late I will give you a call.

Space Requirements: I bring my own foldable massage table so please make sure I have enough space to pass and place the table. Once it opens it has width of 0.7mt (27") and length of 2mt (83"). Please ensure the space is clean and well-lit.

Clothing: I advise you wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and access to the areas being treated. The benefit is that we are at your home which allows you to change if needed.

Document Preparation: I suggest you have any relevant ID's, disability proof, medical records, scans or test reports related to your injury or issue readily available.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless it is unlawful or endangering the lives or wellbeing of you or those around you.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: You can pay in person with cash, card (contactless too), over the phone, or I can send you a link on WhatsApp®, text, email and more. Prices of each service and treatment are indicated on the relative location on this website. Should you need to cancel our appointment please email or call as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees in general, however, those who cancel 3 times in total within a calendar year, you will be charged a flat rate of £100 or refused service.
